“First, I must say the mattresses could definitely use some updating. I believe they are memory foam, but it took me two nights to realize I was sleeping in a hole in one of them. They’re not very level. With that being said, everything else was excellent. The house is much larger in person than it looks like in pictures and the location is perfect. If you don’t want to be too close to the city. Anytime I had to communicate with the owner I got a response within a few minutes. It was a very nice……

“This was by far one of our best VRBO experiences. Kelsey and Joe were incredibly responsive and even checked in a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was peaceful, quiet, and wonderfully private. It was also impressively well-stocked—from paper towels and toilet paper to ziplocks, garbage bags, and firewood.Despite the holiday, the driveway was plowed early on Thanksgiving morning, which we really appreciated. We stayed cozy throughout the winter weather thanks……

“- The hot tub was great. - The driveway was one big sheet of ice! I fell twice but luckily my family did not fall.- A lot of kitchen cabinet doors were broken- The cleaner knocked on the door at 10:15 the day of check out but we didn't think about the time change. We were following the time from the oven clock. - Overall the house was ok. It was close to Crystal Mountain so it was what we needed. We won't spend over 800 for two days at this specific property again.”
