“The room was immaculately clean and the staff at check-in was courteous and polite. Couldn’t ask for anyone better. Unfortunately at check out on Sunday, the Black female staff was very indifferent and aloof. Did not have the courtesy to look up at me after trying to get her attention for a couple of minutes. I had to ask about the extra deposits I had made for the 3 rooms as incidental hold if I had used any of the beverages in the rooms. Her behavior did not give me the justification to stay……

“We were very impressed with the property manager's prompt communication and ability to respond to questions in less than an hour. Bed was very comfortable (you just never really know and we're picky!) and really appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel (smelled great!) in the bathroom. Couple of minor suggestions: Bed sheets were not cotton so a little on the hotter side, we could have used a few extra towels (if we would have asked I am positive the property manager would have brought……

“3 people working at the front desk, only one person checking in let us wait 25mins. And the room too old dirty! My door even hard to lock ”
