The house and outdoor space worked perfectly for my family. Was easy access to the places we visited. The house was spotless and provided what we needed for the weekend.

PROPERTY IMPRESSIONS- We rented this property for 4 days and nights for the family of the bride to stay including husband and wife, brother in law and spouse, two daughters, and grandfather...- The backyard looks like you are seriously at an exclusive resort with jacuzzi, outdoor backyard bbq area, conversation fire place, and beautifully tropical themed plants and bushes and palm trees. The backyard is magnificent. - Kitchen is a very modern and well equipped kitchen w/ range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, & fridge with kitchen block and granite countertops. The property has a good supply of kitchen utensils as we cooked quite a bit during our stay to save money...- The bedrooms are all well decorated with modern luxurious wood furniture and impressive beachy decorations. - The property comes complete with towels for indoor and outdoor use as well as all of the other amenities you will need. THINGS TO CONSIDER...- This is definitely not a "party house". The house is located in a very quiet cul de sac in a residential neighborhood that enforces noise ordinances. - The listing is very clear about no more than 12 guests maximum. The neighborhood cannot handle extensive number of cars for parking guests.NXT VACATION MANAGEMENT met me on site for check in, did a walk through, and provided coffee, a bottle of wine, and some Madeline cookies as a welcome gift. Special shoutout to Mack (NXT Boss's Father) Josh, and Allesandro by text.

Our Family of 7 throughly enjoyed our weekend getaway. The bedrooms were very clean and roomy.The kitchen had what we needed. The TVs were great for watching the Men's US Open Final ;) The resort style backyard did not disappoint...Pool, BBQ, Gas fire pits, gave us the Resort style we wanted. In fact, we only ventured out for groceries and to Moonlight beach downtown Encinitas for an afternoon and evening and happily returned for a late night swim under the moonlight. There was a minor snag with the water heater, but Management took care of it quickly and their communication with me was excellent. We had family from NY join us, and they definitely want to stay again and loved it! Can't wait to come back, A perfect place to stay while visiting Encinitas!!

Here's a more polished version of your review:"While this property shows potential in its layout and design, I regrettably cannot recommend it given its current condition and premium pricing. The home appears to have been impressive in its prime but now shows significant signs of neglect and deferred maintenance.The outdoor areas are particularly concerning, featuring untended landscaping with numerous dead plants, deteriorating hardscapes that pose safety concerns, and damaged outdoor furniture throughout. The pool maintenance is subpar, with a deteriorating liner that sheds particles during use.Most troubling was the significant spider problem, which resulted in my son suffering multiple bites on his face while sleeping. Despite alerting management, the issue remained unaddressed during our stay. Given the property's current state and the premium rates charged, I cannot help but feel disappointed with our experience. This vacation rental requires substantial updating and maintenance to justify its pricing and meet basic guest expectations.
