49 m2. More information by the provider: Triplex apartment house in chalet-style. The apartment (approx. 49 m2) is on the second floor. The chalet is located in the middle of gentle meadows on the edge of the forest, about 2 kms out of town center. Very peacefully located. The 1-room apartment has got a large living-/sleeping room with 3 single beds, sofa, tv, internet access, an open kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, shower-toilet. South-facing balcony with a lovely view. (Steep road to the house, in winter car snow chains can be essential). Pets not allowed.
1-room apartment, 2nd floor: Large living room with 3 single beds, kitchen, shower-toilet.
Included: Bath- and kitchen towels, electricity and local tax. Excluded: Baby cot CHF 20.00, key deposit CHF 300.00 with credit card.

Fantastisch appartement, mooi uitzicht en veel te doen.

Een zeer compleet appartement. Zeer gastvrije en behulpzame eigenaar. Niet het meest moderne vakantiehuis, maar het uitzicht maakt dat ruimschoots goed. Eigen parkeerplek. En Engelberg kent een leuk centrum en er zijn goede kabelbanen en gondels om dingen in de bergen te kunnen ondernemen (met een kind).
