Beautiful fully renovated beach cottage. Enjoy the new furnishings, kitchen with stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and polished terrazzo floors. Spacious one bedroom home open plan, fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.  Queen-sized master bedroom, and ensuite luxury bathroom.
Great for couples and the occasional guest for a few days.
The home has a patio with an outdoor sofa and table/chairs.

Old Florida getaway

Very nicely updated old Florida Cottage. Kitchen and bath remodeled recently with nice cabinets and counters. Convenient location to Venice, Englewood and Manasota Key.

Perfect cottage!

Loved this cottage! Super clean and renovated. Very close to the beach. Lesley was terrific and responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect! As described in the listing.

Very nice unit newly remodeled. Everything provided for the stay, linens, kitchen utensils, cookware, etc.. Great location centrally located to Venice and Englewood. Very quiet and relaxing, a short walk. to Manasota Beach. Could use a upgrade for key retrieval or maybe a keyless entry and the drive could use some repair. All in all a great value and would stay again.

Extended Stay At The Little House Near The Beach

This is our second time renting this house. We stayed much longer this time. Property manager was awesome! Keep up the good work of keeping this rental so clean and nice. Thanks for letting us stay.

Great Location

Nice, quiet, private and secure neighborhood. Less than a 2 minute drive to the beach. Several beaches within easy driving range. Small but nicely updated home, perfect for a couple.

A little peace of paradise

This home is absolutely perfect for a peaceful vacation. I am a retired female and I stayed here from January through March. The neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe the whole time. Yes, you can walk to the beach! Manasota beach is much more relaxing and laid back than the other beaches in the area but you do have other beaches in close proximity if you need a change of pace. There are several bike trails in the area with gorgeous views which I never got tired of. Lesley was the perfect host, very responsive, and helpful. I will definitely rent here again!

Christmas Break

We are a married couple and make our living as teachers. We took advantage of our holiday and booked from Christmas Eve and left on New Years Day. We are very familiar with the area so we know which neighborhoods to avoid. The trip was awesome! Manasota Key Beach is literally a 2 minute drive from the rental and we took advantage of that every day. The beach is actually within walking distance, but why carry beach chairs and your bag when there is safe, ample parking lot? I would take a quiet day on Manasota Key Beach any day over its noisy, crowded northern neighbors in Venice and Sarasota. Besides it’s fantastic location relevant to the beach, the rental is very close to the basics. Walmart, Target, Publix, Home Depot, and the various shops and restaurants of Englewood and Venice are just minutes away. I cannot say enough about the location. Anything you need is nearby. The rental home is nestled in a private lot off of Alamander near the intersection with Manasota Beach Road. Access to the home is off a narrow private, dead end road. It is a quiet area. The home is small and non-descript from the outside. The grounds are meticulously landscaped, neat and orderly. The home has a neat and convenient car port which is perfect for unloading your car with groceries, etc. The inside is beautiful! The home has been recently upgraded. The owners obviously sunk money into the facelift. All appliances are new, fresh paint everywhere, new granite in kitchen and bathroom, large walk-in shower, new furniture, and extremely clean. My wife knows what clean is... and I can tell you, most rentals need ALOT of cleaning. This home was squeaky clean. They did a great job! We want to rent here again and will!

We enjoyed our stay in February. The area is a quiet residential neighborhood. It was very clean and the right size for 2 people. Nice proximity to Manasota Beach.

Beautiful little home

We stayed here in late Jan to escape the cold weather in the northeast. Some confusion in getting into the house. Had contacted owner wks before arriving & was told to use lockbox with a code to get in house. Found an inoperable box & called owner. Left a message on her answering machine & fortunately she called back a couple of minutes later. But of course we were weary travelers, exhausted & not wanting to deal with this issue. Problem was solved with the owners return call. Home was just as advertised inside. We’re told we’d have access to bikes that never appeared. No beach gear provided except for 2 old low riding beachchairs. Not the best for senior citizens or comfort. Overall it’s a great little house with its proximity to beach if you drive & can take you’re beach gear with you.
