"Beautifully manicured grounds on arrival. Easy parking outside our cottage. Good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water and nice toiletries. Well appointed kitchenette and we had to ask for just a couple of essential items. Nice balcony surrounded by trees. However, one of the cats was a real problem coming onto the balcony and leaving mess on the couch. Heavy music from a nearby property was a problem on occasions. Keyless entry was amazing and made it for one less item to carry. "Staff was helpful and warm, plenty love.The location and view marvelous,nice pool both bar personal Shania and Alecia were so loving and helpful made our stay comfortable. The front desk ladies did a fantastic job in welcoming us and ensuring our stay was comfortable.The restaurant staff ensured meals and drinks were on time and great taste. The hotel is booked for upgrade so improvement are on the way."

"The staff was helpful,warm, accommodating and very friendly. We vacationed at a next Royalton in a different country and the standards were similar but the beach in Antigua was the best. "Tree lined hilly landscaped walkways (perhaps not the best spot for mobility challanged people). You are coming for a safe, all inclusive resort where you don't have to leave all week if you don't want to. Laid-back, spread out so it doesn't feel hectic or crowded. This resort is relaxing so if you are looking for lots to do/high energy- this is not it. Most of the crowd was 45-75 years old. The food is good. Clean rooms, not fancy."
