「To be honest guys, we never stayed at this place. We were going to and had a change of plans. I would like you to know that Matt is a heck of a guy. We cancelled last minute. Our refund got denied through our insurance we bought. I contacted Matt, shortly after contacting him he stated that he understood and would refund us the full amount. Certain items are provided including coffee, hair dryer, extra blankets and even q-tips. The area, although in the city, is very quiet. 「Host was very responsive but unfortunately the unit was dirty. The bathroom floor was full of long hair which means it was not even cleaned and or looked at. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and even dirty dishes in the cupboards. There was a lot of dust everywhere and I don’t even want to think about all the dirt and dust under the bed which caused my allergies to act up that first night 」

「Place was super cute! I loved all the thoughtful additions that made the stay really feel like home. The apartment was also really close to all the events I had to attend. Janell was super responsive, even with automated AI replies. My only complaint was noticing a smell on throw blankets and throw pillow covers, which was easily resolved by a quick load of laundry. Other than that, my stay was perfect and I would book again if I ever found myself in Tacoma again.」
