"We had to leave and find alternative accommodation as the duplex we booked was unsuitable for our family of four (two children, aged 4 and 6). The stairs leading to the upper level were extremely steep, slippery, and unsafe for young children — even challenging for adults.
The listing does not mention that the duplex may be unsuitable for families with small children. Please take this into consideration before booking."
