「This apartment was a great place to stay in chicago. The home was very clean and orderly. Each bedroom had a comfortable bed. 2 bedrooms have a bathroom attached. We did not need to use the kitchen, but it did seem like it had plenty of supplies. The living room was a great place to relax at the end of the day. 「This is the first time a host has made me feel unwelcome and unsafe. She insisted that we send a copy of the government-issued photo ID for every adult staying in the house, with no care about possible identity theft. She acknowledged that the VRBO platform isn't great for that and told us to text a random number with those instead. She provided no information about the security of how she would store those copies or her retention policy. We didn't know about this requirement until after the...

「We had an excellent stay with family for our son’s college tournament. We had all age ranges (10 months to 74 yrs old). Very comfortable beds & linens. Love the layout of the home! Having 2 bedrooms on main floor was a bonus & such big bedrooms. Comfortable seating for all of us , plus the bonus college kids that stopped by! You won’t regret staying here!!」

「Charles was a terrific host! He was available when needed. The place is clean, safe and loaded with great utilities. I highly recommend especially because the location provides easy access to the train and therefore other parts of Chicago. I came to Chicago for a conference with my parents who are seniors and my niece, and Charles’ place alleviated my anxiety when away from them. Thanks again, Charles! 」
