「Check-in was confusing and daunting. When I arrived in early evening, the front door was locked and the desk area was completely dark. Eventually, we went around back to look for humans, and some guests were playing ping pong and said the lady had been seen around earlier. 「The room had tons of hairs covering both end tables, the desk, and the chairs—plain as day dark hairs. The phone was covered in obvious grime. We travel frequently and I’ve never seen anything like it. We were horrified, and with no staff on hand to address the issue with, we left within a few minutes of arrival, immediately reaching out to Expedia with photos of the filthy room. They apologized and tried to negotiate with the hotel staff, but we were charged for the night. Beware!」

「Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Allerdings sieht man dem Hotel an, dass das Haus aus den 1970ern ist und seit dem offenbar nur das Notwendigste renoviert wurde. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen - mit guten Matratzen wäre die Bewertung erheblich besser ausgefallen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, aber die Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption sind zu kurz. Alles in allem ok, aber, insbesondere aufgrund der durchgelegenen Matratzen, keine erste Wahl. Aussicht aus den Zimmern ist super!」
