The Power went out for 5 hours in the morning. I was not able to work or get ready to go to meetings. This was scheduled maintenance. Why was I not informed of this during booking or upon arriving. This was known by the hotel.

We stayed here for the eclipse and were very happy with our stay. So when we found ourselves coming to Erie a month later it was an easy choice to return. However, our room didn't have bath towels, kleenex, or a mirror in the hallway (obviously there had been one). Everything was clean, it just felt neglected.

I love my stays there. The microwaved sausage and microwaved kielbasa does get on yiur nerves. And the sausage gravey wirh the big a$$ chunks of microwaved sausage is a drag. I have stayed there around 9 times this month. Breakfast is the same all the time, nasty so be prepared to go elsewhere for breakfast. The coffee on the other hand spot on. I love everything about this hotel except the lousy breakfast.

Sitting area outside was nice. We stayed in suite right across from the pool; we could hear everything from the pool. Walls were paper thin. Friendly front desk lady. We were given 2 towels, 2 hand towels, and2 wash clothes. Pool was open on Saturday but closed Sunday for maintenance? Lobby area was open and inviting. Breakfast had the normal eggs, waffles, breads, and cereal. No breakfast bacon or sausage. Overall average hotel. Nothing over the top but no issues that were concerning.

We had a great experience! Staff was all very friendly and helpful! Kids loved the experience! Beds were comfy! Best part: free weights in the fitness room! It was one of the main reasons we booked at this hotel!

The hot tub was nice. However, it was not warm enough and the jets were not very powerful. There was NO hot water in the room to take a shower. Had to wash our faces in cold water. Breakfast was not impressive. Not enough eggs, sausage, yogurt, juice. Not certain if this was all because it was sold out

The hotel on the outside looked nice. A great view. The inside was another matter. Our room was not so nice. Good size and quiet, however, cleanliness was another story, The floor still had some metallic glitter on it from a previous visitor. The dishwasher was full but dishes didn’t seem very clean nor was there any dishwasher detergent in the room. There were many things that were just not great. The bed was not bad but not sure i would want to stay there again.

Very disappointed!
I want to first say this is our third stay here ( in a year and a half) and it has progressively gotten worse every time. We booked the hotel for a family weekend stay and my young son (10) couldn’t wait to swim in the pool and we were excited to relax in the hot tub. Sadly, they pool and hot tub were not in service AGAIN. I say again because last summer we stayed here and the pool & hot tub was out of service so this is nothing new. I just wish it would have stated pool out of order because I would not have booked this stay. The breakfast had very little & no coffee for an hour. Our room was nice & clean. The staff was VERY nice, all the ladies were sweet & extremely nice! I’m sad to say this is our last visit here.

Sucked
We got there no towels in our room. We ask for some they gave us 2 for both of us. Next morning i ask for some towels they said they dont have any. There snack has nothing really. Breakfast sucks. The bar wasn't stocked. We stay here a few times a year and has never been bad. Idk what is going on but i honestly dont think ill stay here again.
