「I booked a weekend trip for my parents and they really enjoyed it!! Their favorite thing was sitting in the patio together and drinking coffee while overlooking the river」

「quiet area. Place looked great. Very nice stay.」

「Everything was nice and clean. The online pictures were exactly as it was in person. Great stay!」

「Honestly we rented this property because it was the only one available on such short notice. The house was nice and properly described on VRBO. Having only 1 bathroom presented some issues and the busy street that apparently leads to the hospital was interesting. Several times (day and night) an ambulance came down the street with sirens on. It wasn't a huge deal for us but could be a problem for people who struggle going back to sleep.」

「We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the front porch and the location was perfect for our visit with our son who is studying at a local university.」

「We had a wonderful time at this property and cannot recommend it enough. The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The location was perfect! We easily walked to all of our events in downtown Jonesborough.」

「The place was great for our family to stay for a wedding. The only complaint is the driveway is a little steep. Host was wonderful to communicate with. Definitely would use again if needed.」

「Host was wonderful 」

「House was dirty when we checked in. Had not been cleaned…dirty wash cloth in the shower. Bugs in bed and all over the floor. We took pictures of the mess. Ashley came on Sunday and cleaned…thank you Ashley…she made the house livable. I would not recommend this house to anyone. If this is the way SANCTUARY houses are kept, I would not choose another SANCTUARY listing. It is the worse VRBO house we have ever rented.」

「Thank you for sharing your wonderful property that is in such a beautiful and relaxing setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and your home is very comfortable and has everything needed to make the stay enjoyable. We hope to book again when our travels bring us to Johnson City.」

「The rental was clean, easily accessible, well stocked bathroom. Enjoyed the stay.」

「It was a great stay! Everything went smoothly, they could've used a barbecuer out there but other than that it was a fantastic stay!」

「This was a great place to stay!」

「We loved the literary themed decor. Very creative and colorful! The beds were incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of parking available for our group and we enjoyed sitting and visiting out on the inviting front porch and in the living room. Our host, Daphanie, was very warm and friendly. She answered questions right away and was very helpful. We had a wonderful time!」

「The views from the house are Beautiful, location is very good, Beds are very comfortable, space is great for family, Love the fenced yard for the pups, We really enjoyed our time.」

「What an amazing cabin, area and host! Very responsive and communicative. Property is close to town but private enough you feel surrounded by nature!」

「The property is a real-life example of the best of human creativity. The design quality and details were unbelievable. The natural setting and landscaping were heavenly. Didn’t end up having time to meet the owners and tour the farm, although we would have loved to! They were excellent to communicate with. We felt cared for and rejuvenated during our stay. It’s a dream for kids and grown-ups alike. This is a one-of-a-kind experience.」

「The place was absolutely beautiful! Will be returning for future visits!」
