"Good communication regarding getting access. The apartment is immaculately clean. It is in a wonderful old building, so the ceilings are high and the doors huge. "The property was clean, spacious, bright and comfortable, and matched the advertised details. It was also in a convenient location. The wifi and aircon both worked really well and the bathroom was well appointed (apart from no shower curtain).
The biggest issue we had was with the check-in details. These were not sent automatically at the advised time (although they were emailed soon after I chased them up). Also, the initial instructions were faulty (wrong location given for the key safe) and...
