"First and foremost the front desk was extremely helpful as we arrived super early and they allowed us to check in after our long flight. That in itself made the stay wonderful. Secondly the location couldn’t be better. It was right in the middle of all the excitement and very central on the Pest side of town. But if anyone is looking for quiet and calm, this should not be your choice. I would highly recommend it to everyone who is visiting Budapest for a few days and want to explore and experience the city."

"Good location and we got an upgrade to a duplex which was spacious if a little barren. The stairs are very narrow so might be challenging for someone with mobility issues. Air con was alright although it didn’t seem like we could really change the temperature much. The killer feature is that you can use the facilites of the fancy Anantara Hotel which is connected internally to the NH including a decent gym, great looking spa and the New York cafe."

"The breakfast was so standard, extremely underwhelming for such a nice hotel chain and for such a nice breakfast location. The hotel staff were somewhat inconsiderate, knocking loudly at 9am for cleaning, disregarding the fact that people may be asleep at this time. They were also extremely stingy with the shower gel and things like toilet rolls. These are basics, and for a 5 star hotel this is very substandard and will not be booking here again. This is a hyped hotel. Not worth it. I'd recommend booking elsewhere."
