“We came up over the Independence Day holiday and really enjoyed our stay. First, the hosts are so responsive. Had a couple minor issues to deal with, nothing that could have been anticipated or prevented, and our hosts were quick to respond and get things set right. Could not say enough about their responsiveness. The unit is very big, compared to others in the area. We had four adults and could have accommodated four more. Didn't even use one of the three bedrooms. Very well equipped property……

“The Belmont Flat was exactly as described end an easy walk from Belmont restaurants and the Downtown Mall. The onsite host was lovely - greeted us upon our arrival and surprised us with a bottle of wine when she found out we were celebrating our 15th anniversary! So wonderful!”

“Family was in town for a baseball tournament. Was a great quiet place that was clean and well maintained. Pond was fun to fish in. Lots of nice areas to hang out outside or inside. Would definitely come back!”

“We were in town for my grandmother’s funeral and wanted to spend a little time exploring CVille and Monticello while we were here. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and cozy. It was perfect walking distance to restaurants and the mall. We were a quick drive to Monticello and hikes. Beds were comfy. My boys loved the sonic the hedgehog video game on the TV when we were packing up and during a storm that came through. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our family. ”

“Beautiful, clean, comfortable, spectacular views. The property was exactly as advertised and pictures were accurate. Kitchen had everything you need if you decide to cook-in. Pots and pans in great shape. This was the best of any rental that we have stayed in. It is a lovely property. Highly recommend and would absolutely rent again.”
