「Our stay at Villa Coco Mar was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we booked, Dean was incredibly responsive and patient, answering what must have been a million questions as we planned our trip. His guidance and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and reassuring.Once we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The villa itself is beautifully designed with a thoughtful layout that works perfectly for groups, and it’s clear that every detail has been carefully considered....

「Villa Paz was outstanding. The interior was spotless and modernly furnished. The location was right in the center of everything yet we slept soundly each evening. Even though the villa was not beachfront, there was a shuttle that took us to the beach club for beachfront access. Plenty of food options including the wonderful lunch we had at the Veranda in the Casa Colonial. Our host was in communication daily even though she was dealing with a death in her family. We would definitely stay again!!...

「Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property itself is beautiful and we loved the layout of it. There was minimal wear and tear that could use some updating. The location is great and close to everything for the most part. Also the jacuzzi had issues a few times and we called maintenance to come out fix them a few times. The blower (bubbles) would only run for about 5 minutes at a time and shut off and we would have to wait about an hour to turn them back on again so that was unfortunate. Also...

「Never came to clean the villa like they was suppose to reached out and one of the host wasn’t responding the master bathroom not working keep calling for someone to fix it never fixed correct real bad Ant problem had to spend my own money to buy spray for the ants water wasn’t hot told them never was fixed had to take warm to cold showers because it wouldn’t get hot just bad experience all the way around wouldn’t recommend at all 」

「Gorgeous house as advertised. Ample room for everybody. Very safe neighborhood with amenities very close by. We stayed at the property when attending a family funeral. After the service family and friends gathered at the house and everyone was impressed. This property was worth every penny paid and will stay there in the future. Communication with owners was excellent. Highly recommended」
