Our little corner of paradise

Our house of 200 m2 completely renovated with great taste is located in the heart of the wonderful medina of Essaouira. 50 meters from the entrance to La Scala. It is located in the very beautiful and clean French quarter, just opposite the French Institute of Essaouira.
On the first floor, a very nice fitted kitchen, a small reading room, a comfortable and nicely decorated living room, there is an open fire and TNT TV.
A bedroom with a double bed and its private bathroom.

On the 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and a children's room with a bunk bed, a bathroom.

On the 3rd floor, a double bedroom with bathroom, a small terrace.

A roof terrace solarium overlooking the ocean and a 360 ° view of the medina.

This is such a beautiful and warm property tucked away in the heart of the city, every restaurant and shop we wanted to visit was within a 15 minute or so walk. The restaurant below the property has an incredibly kind owner and staff, the property manager and her husband were wonderful (his spice shop is great!) and the communication with the owner of the property was easy and friendly despite a language barrier (my french is beyond rusty). We didn’t have time to check out the spa across the way, but plan to next time! We had the best time and are so grateful to the owner of this property for providing a safe and beautiful space for us three female travelers!

This was a beautiful flat, very well decorated and very clean. In person, it’s much better than the photos. The location was excellent with it being right in the Medina . There are a lot of stairs so we arranged for porters to help get luggage up and down a winding staircase. The apartment has lots of space for lounging around and lots of bathrooms to serve a larger group. The breakfast that can be provided to be made at the apartment is convenient but we felt expensive for the value. We had better value and variety in other accommodations. Would highly recommend staying here.

Nous avons passé des très bonnes vacances. Charifa, qui est sur place s‘occupe de toutes les questions très vite et elle et son mari nous ont beaucoup aidé. Un grand merci. La maison est vraiment central et très jolie. On peut acheter tout autour de la maison. On n‘a pas besoin de voiture.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour du 14 au 17 août 2025 dans la location. Le logement était d’une propreté irréprochable et parfaitement conforme à nos attentes. Nous remercions particulièrement Madame Charifa qui s’est occupée de nous avec une grande gentillesse, et qui nous a beaucoup aidés notamment pour trouver une voiture. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Medina (nicht am Strand und) und hat eine perfekte Lage. Die Wohnung befindet sich über 3 Stockwerke in einem Haus, sehr großzügig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sowohl die marokkanischen Hauskeeper als auch die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Danke für alles.

Une perle au cœur de la médina

Séjour en famille formidable dans un Riad magnifique. En prime, nous avons été très bien accueilli par Charifa, qui a même pu nous régaler de sa cuisine traditionnelle pour le repas de Noël.Nous n’avons qu’une envie, y retourner.

Nous avons l’habitude d’aller à Essaouira tous les étés depuis une dizaine d’années et à chaque fois dans un Riad différent. Celui-ci est juste très bien et très propre. Charifa nous a accueilli comme prévu avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de bienveillance pour nous donner les clés. Le Riad est situé dans une rue très très animée la nuit et juste au dessus d’un restaurant qui diffuse de la musique berbère jusqu’à minuit. Très bien pour ceux qui souhaitent veiller mais pas recommandé pour ceux qui veulent se coucher tôt. Globalement très bon séjour .

Weekend à Essaouira

Nous avons passé le week-end dans ce logement d Essaouira. 10 personnes dont 6 enfants de 5 a 16 ans. Tres bien situé et très bien équipé pour les petits et les grands nous avons passé un agréable sejour. Dans l hyper centre de la Médina il suffit juste de descendre pour trouver des restaurants pour le repas comme pour le petits déjeuner servi toute la matinée a quelques mètres. Nous avons également demande à Charifa de nous préparé un tajine de poisson pour le premier soir, qui est à l ecoute via WhatsApp avant notre arrivé, tout était bon. Merci pour l accueil, nous recommandons ce logement.

Merveilleux séjour

Le riad est très bien placé, et surtout très propre et bien entretenu. Les chambres et la literie sont confortables. Charifa et son équipe (Inza...) sont aux petits soins pour nous et la cuisine est excellente. Tout pour passer d'excellentes vacances en famille !
