The property was very interesting, however when I had trouble getting my key out of the lockbox the staff and customer service was amazing. I called, they not only answered to help me but also sent a text immediately for instructions if I forgot anything. My space was clean and very well maintained/organized. Maybe they struggled in their past but as far as I’m concerned they proved otherwise for me. A magnificent and very inexpensive place to stay for holiday.

I LEFT AFTER 5 MINUTES. THIS ROOM IS HARDLY HOSTEL STANDARD, IT WAS APALLING, LIKE SOME SORT OF PRISON ROOM. CAN I HAVE AN ADDRESS FOR YOUR COMPANY SO I CAN WRITE PERSONALLY AND CAN YOU GIVE ME A CONTACT FOR YOUR CHIEF EXECUTIVE

Run down place and bed bugs

Lots of stairs as I was on the 3rd floor, very run down and Bed bugs to make it the worst place to stay!

Everything was good. I had a good experience here. Some recommendations are: it would be much better to have lift. Painting on staircase are scary as hell. At the middle of the night if someone sees while holding his/her luggage they gonna fear out. Should be changed. Overall it is good and instructions are easy and clearly conveyed.

The staff is unreachable via e-mail. They can only be reachable via phone for a small 4h window during midday. While you cant exspect much from shared bathrooms and shared showers, the showers were clogged to an extend that it flooded the hallways. Any kind of food kr beverages (breakfast i.e.) were absent in the entire building.The accomidation of the room was the bare minimum and not much can be exspected from the duisburg train station area. Obviously. If I would have been left with any other choice, I would have booked differently and will certainly never book here again. Beware.

Das Schlüsselfach beim nicht persönlichen Check-In hat geklemmt. Dass man gegen 08:30 nicht persönlich auschecken kann, finde ich schade. Aber die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, perfekt gelegen und gemütlich und neu eingerichtet.

Sehr schlecht und überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen

Da es straken bettwanzen befall gubt in denn zimmer möchte ich empfehlen kein zimmer dort zu buche denn ich bin leider voller bisse seid ich in diesen assi Hotelzimmer war.

Das Hotel lag direkt in der City einpaar gehminuten zum Bahnhof. Ich hatte eine Einzelzimmer aber die Toiletten umd Duschen waren ausserhalb von dem Zimmer. Das Gebäude ist etwas älter. Die kommunikation ging schnell und unkompliziert über email.

Nahe Hauptbahnhof und ÖPNV, der Check-In verlief sehr schnell und Personal war freundlich. Dafür, obwohl es sich um ein Nichtraucherhotel handelt und auf Zuwiderhandlung mit Übernahme der Kosten hingwiesen wird, roch das ganze Haus nach Qualm. Insbesondere das Zimmer roch nach jahrealtem Nikotin und wies Spuren auf, dass Zigaretten auf Ablsgen und Fernbedienung abgelegt wurden (Angebrannt/angeschmolzen). Selbst ausgiebiges Lüften blieb erfolglos
