「I stayed at Maristel with a friend and we had a lovely experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was lovely, healthy and fresh - Exactly what we needed and wanted.
The only downside is that there isn't much parking outside the hotel, and it fills up quickly」

「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect — within a few steps of the Port of Sóller, and a short walk to restaurants, and shops. The view from our room was absolutely unbeatable, and the beds were very comfortable. For the quality and location, the price was an excellent value. Highly recommend!」

「Close to beach and in a quiet laidback area with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Easily accessible to Palma main town by bus (15 minutes). Large shopping Centre also within a
20 minutes walk, as well as local supermarkets.
Staff also very warm and welcoming and helpful.
