Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy

Host ok but no contact after check in except for a call confirmong the room number.I sent an email but got no reply.I foind the microwave after two weeks. We discovered the shutters. An instruction manual woild have been good. I was not aware of an emergency contact.
