* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for the Preserve at Corkscrew are $100, $30 p.p. background check fee and $75 processing fee
* One small dog (under 30 lbs.) can be allowed with owner approval and pet policy: Complete the on-line pet screening at , $200 non-refundable pet fee.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
