"バスタブが湯を溜め、水抜きをすると、 排水溝から湯がが溢れ水浸しになった。 ドレインシステムの老朽化か、詰まりがあったのも。古い感じで染みもあり、臭いもした。 フロントにはその旨説明し、次の部屋の利用者がびっくりしないように、適切な対応をお願いしておきました。 また、チェックインの際の情報として、 Wi-Fiの説明、枕の追加、製氷器などの追加説明がなく、サービスの有効な案内がなく、残念だった。せっかくのサービスの用意が生かされなかった。"
