  • We rent a large studio of 30m2 in Etel, located near the sea water, it will be the starting point for your excursions and tourist activities. Composed of a fitted kitchen area, a lounge area and a folding bed, the studio also has a balcony with armchairs, table and garden chairs. A private parking space is at your disposal as well as a communal bicycle room for other residents. 5 minutes from the beach your rental will be the departure point of your hikes and escapades toErdeven, Auray, Carnac, Quiberon, Vannes etc... Ideally located you will have access to restaurants, mini-market, shops and services everything is possible on foot.

Idéalement situé

Les propriétaires m'ont très bien accueillie. Le studio correspond exactement à la description. Il est propre et bien équipé.Le studio est situé dans un endroit stratégique près du port et face au plan d'eau et à 100 mètres de la plage.
