“Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist sehr nah zum Stadtzentrum gelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir haben ein schönes Zimmer zugeteilt bekommen.”

“Everything good, room was lovley , parking simple, view amazing. Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. ”

“The experience was above my expectations. We had a room’s upgrade and it was a nice start of our holiday. The kind receptionist Lucia always asked about our stay. We enjoy the full and complete buffet breakfast. The staff was really nice and kind always smiling to us. The swimming pool and the spa is a must. We enjoy the use of a sauna and the relax area included. Is a baby friendly hotel and I really recommend for the position, close to Asiago and the ski facilities ”

“Man fühlt sich extrem willkommen. Das gesamte Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man merkt wirklich, dass es Ihnen sehr wichtig ist, dass man sich wohl fühlt sehr ruhig gelegen und nah an den Gärten des Schloss Trautmannsdorf, super leckeres Frühstück. Wunderschöne Dachterrasse”
