“We had a great time! The host checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything was going good. The property had plenty of room for our family of 10. The walk to and from the boat dock is a little steep, so keep that in mind. Also, I would drop your boat and trailer off at the marina before you drive to the house. All in all , I would recommend this property over and over again!! ”

“Host was fantastic, house was clean and cute. Full kitchen with a little coffee bar. Extra towels both shower and beach were in linen and laundry room. Small fenced area for dog. View was beautiful!! The trail down to the lake was washed out and blocked by wood. We still made the walk just make sure to wear proper foot wear and watch footing. :) The road in was narrow slow down and watch for the deer. Overall experience was great!! ”

“The hosts were amazing with excellent communication and prompt responses. Everything was clean and worked well. Perfect home for toddlers and younger with toys, pack-n-play, baby chair, etc. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the location either. “We loved our lake house! It was roomy, clean, and very nice. We loved that it was in the center of the community and a quick walk away from most everything. Our only complaint was that not a lot of the things were open due to Fall Break. They did open later Friday evening. But we came on Wednesday. So the first night we had to drive into Eufaula. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. ”

“The house was so wonderful. That view though!!! It was a nice getaway from Tulsa with my 3 kiddos to enjoy some quality time together. The kids loved the balcony and the easy access to the water. We fished and swam. Grilled some yummy steaks and enjoyed the peaceful nights. The house was super clean and nice. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Will we will be back one day for sure”

“The cabin was clean, quiet & out of the way - just what I was looking for. I only saw 2 cars drive buy in the 3 days we were there. We had deer wander up out of the woods every day, and even saw a really young fawn on a couple occasions. Eufala is a short drive away, so you can pick up anything you forgot to bring. ”

“Celebrated my 40th birthday here. Everything about this villa is absolutely incredible. Tons of room, beautiful views, and the grounds are incredible. The water level was perfect on the private beach and its only a short walk down to the waters edge. We had a tritoon rental and it was easily beached while not in use. Jennifer and Randy are really great hosts as well. I can't recommend this place more if you need to.host a large party. If i ever get the opportunity ill be back. If i could……

“We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. It was a luxurious getaway in the beautiful setting of Carlton Landing. Lots of space and great main living/kitchen area. The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials, but if you were planning to make a larger meal (big bbq), you might be a little hard pressed for serving dishes/utensils.
