"We had a brief single night stop over at Hotel Dolorea. Booked through Expedia, which seemed to cause some confusion for the staff upon arrival but after some investigation by the staff our booking was found. We booked a shared room for a family of four. Room was air conditioned which was a welcome relieve from the near 40C outside. Room was spacious with a very generous sized bathroom, beds were comfy and water was in the mini fridge. There was no kettle in the room. Room/hotel were accessed using a key code which worked well when returning from an evening meal. A bonus is the private parking in the hotels subterranean car park for 10 euros a night. All in all a good experience, staff were friendly and helpful. Beasain is a delightful town for an evening stroll with some interesting historical features."

"A beautiful dreamy Parador! Within most peaceful nature filled grounds, the rooms were exceptionally clean even with back garden access! Delicious breakfast either in the dinning room or garden terraza! Staff is super friendly and helpful with sharing information. Awesome bar with exceptional views of the gardens and sunset! Highly recommend! Muchas gracias!"

"Place was lovely and the owners amazing. On the way out on my bike on a Sunday night my bike chain broke and I had the come back . The owners son brought out a load of tools for me but sadly we couldn't fix it that day . He then promptly ask if he could make as dinner as we couldn't get out which was really lovely food and gesture. The next morning the owner gave me a lift into vitoria to pick up a bike part and a lift back again . Lovely people and once again thank you . Thanks Richard and Sam ."

"The property was new and lovely and clean. Check in was a little confusing but a staff member was on hand via a button at the door to assist. There was a muffin. tea and coffee facilities however the coffee machine was not working. Bed and bedding wax wonderfully comfortable and the bathroom had soap and shampoo provided."
