"The room was ok. Besides the carpet feeling kind of damp and sticky, everything seemed really clean. The bed made me feel like I was sleeping on rocks, but they were clean and nicely made. The receptionist was sweet but spoke really quietly, so I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. All in all, it was a decent stay. "

"Place was very affordable but there were small indicators that cleanliness was not up to par. There were loose dark brunette hairs in the bathroom and shower that were obviously not ours, (we have blonde hair) and the security door latch was missing. The room did not match the advertised photos on the website but other than cleanliness and the door latch missing, the room was very very affordable and worked in a pinch."

"The people service was very good. I called to verify that there was shuttle service to the airport and was greeted by a young man that was very helpful and informative. Upon entrance I encountered an unpleasant smell, and the general condition of the place was a bit run down but it didn't look significantly dirty. The front desk clerk was friendly and acknowledged me upon entering even though he was busy helping another customer. That was appreciated. The room was clean but smelled a little...

"Room clean tv works water temperature and water pressure in shower good did find few roaches in bathroom it's in hood so a bit noisy housekeeper are helpful and sweet I will be visiting again in future."

"Very old and run down. The shower was on a very high and hard setting and would not adjust, so the entire bathroom would get wet any time the shower was on. The bed sheets had a hole in them and so did the pillow covers. Only stayed one night."

"We had the absolute best trip to Dallas for the eclipse & staying here was there cherry on top! The space was awesome with absolutely everything you could need. The outdoor area with an amazing pool was where we spent most of our time! Super private in a very safe, family-friendly neighborhood. Haley was very helpful & communicative & check-in/out were a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again when in the area."

"We stayed here for a week and it was a great experience. From checking in, to room service, bartenders and entertainment team all of them made our stay memorable. Good food at the restaurants but main buffet could of been better. Just not much of Mexican food options. I would definitely go back."
