Great staff and comfortable room

The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The bathroom had a few cracked tiles that would snag your foot if you were barefoot but the room was clean and comfortable.

Bryon was outstanding with let us check in a little early. So we could get settled in before going downtown. He also let us know if we ever needed anything don’t hesitate to call him. When we have another trip to Eureka Springs this is the place we’ll definitely stay again. Highly recommend the room with a jacuzzi cause after all the walking in downtown you’ll need it.

The room was nice and cozy. The Owner was very nice and friendly and always asked us if we needed anything when we ran into him on the property. Would stay again. Don’t expect to be able to walk to downtown area. It’s not far but just hilly. Take advantage of the trolly system because parking downtown is a mess. There are trolly areas just around the corner you can drive to and park at. Hope this helps.

Wonderful and Romantic

We really loved this motel. The furnishings were so nice and the bed so comfortable. The owner has really turned this place into a wonderful little getaway place. Bryan is very welcoming and a really nice man. we would definitely stay here again.

Older hotel that's been refurbished and refurnished. In a very nice setting with great sitting areas out back and the ends of the building. Brian (the owner) is on-site and very attentive to his guests.

The owner was very accommodating. The room was very clean, however, was very outdated and the electrical outlets needed replacing. The privacy curtains did not fit the window properly to ensure complete privacy. There was no coffee maker in the room which was very inconvenient. On a high note, the bed was very comfortable.

The property was so quiet, clean and beautiful! The owner has done a marvelous job with all the plants and flowers! The patio furniture, tiki torches, fire pit, grill, etc. were all great optional amenities on hand for guests to utilize. Room was very clean and smelled so good! We really loved our stay and plan to return.

Enjoyable Weekend

Everything was great! I just have a few suggestions for future stays that might be helpful to others as well! Please put some type of hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang your clothes while showering, maybe add a power strip to the room for misc. items to be plugged in, and put a coffee maker in the room. Just some ideas. The location was fantastic! The room was clean! The beds and pillows were great! Would definitely stay here again when returning to Eureka Springs! Owner was very nice and helpful! Enjoyable stay!

Clean and Quiet

All is can say is WOW , what a hidden gem this place is . By far one of the best stays at a hotel we have ever had . Booked the hot tub honeymoon suite and it was super clean , quiet and very peaceful. I give it 5 stars all the way around especially for the price point compared to other properties for twice as much .

We loved the nature setting on the back. Very quiet, peaceful, relaxing setting. Bryon maintains a lovely deck/patio/grilling area with colorful red umbrellas. Squirrels and birds to watch. Wow. Instant hot water! Bryon was more than accommodating for our needs 💕
