Great place to stay! We really enjoyed the balcony and people watching. Very simple and close to everything. The only complaint is that there is a punching bag hanging from the balcony so you feel it anytime goes to punch on it as they walk by all through the night :) Very cool spot!!

The perfect getaway!

The Moderne was the perfect spot for our anniversary trip. The location is close to several grest shops/restaurants/bars, and convenient enough to not drive to any of our destinations. We also really enjoyed having the balcony to relax on and watch the busy Main Street!

True Eureka Springs experience

We loved the location and we were able to walk everywhere. We also enjoyed being able to hang out on the balcony. Having a parking spot was the icing on the cake. We plan to stay here again!

Cute and clean. The only complaints I have are no television in the bedroom and a strong smell of cigarette smoke in our bedroom and bathroom coming from the other apartment that was attached. Location was wonderful!! Walked to everything!

In the heart of Eureka Springs

My son and I stay in Eureka several times a year. It’s our favorite place on Earth. We have stayed many places over the years but this place is now our favorite. Our goal is to always park our car and walk everywhere we go. This is the perfect location to do that. It’s a very quaint historical building that captures the spirit of Eureka. It’s not a five star hotel but that’s not what Eureka is all about anyway. Our only complaint is the wonky WiFi. It shows up/disappearsshowsup/disappears.

25th Wedding Anniversary Trip

We loved the location and the ease of checking in and out. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. My only negative and it wasn’t that big of a deal is not having a tv in the bedroom. We like to watch tv right before we fall asleep but it really wasn’t an issue to not have that option. The location was really great and we loved that we were left a bottle of wine at check in. We walked to everything and only got in our car for a day trip to Branson. appreciated

Cute & Great Location

My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway. The property was clean and was exactly as the pictures show. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. All the essentials were present. There were plenty of dishes etc... Due to property sitting directly on the main street it is loud, so if you are looking for a quiet stay you may want to choose a different property. Knowing it was on the main street that did not bother us. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the people walk by. It would have been nice if the tv in the living room was bigger (we were watching NCAA Tournament). Checking into the property was very easy. One of the reasons we chose this place was due to having a designated parking spot. To us it looked like parking could be somewhat difficult. All in all, this is a great place and we would definitely stay here again.
