「We had a wonderful experience at the Kimpton Hotel Frankfurt. The room was impressively clean and spacious, with a modern design that made it both stylish and comfortable. The facilities throughout the hotel were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. A special shout-out to Loic, who went...

「This without doubt is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in Frankfurt! Staff are always welcoming and friendly, the rooms are really modern, clean, fresh and a good shower! Plus the beds seem to be comfortable with various pillows to use. The restaurant is quality, breakfast choice and quality seems to be really good, dinner I had the bbq cauliflower wings and the Atlantic burger, both were delicious. This is my second time staying here and cannot recommend it highly enough and look...

「The overall facilities are very nice and complete but the maintenance needs to be improved. The faucet in the shower always leak and no matter what we tried the water will spray on the floor and turned the floor so wet. The chairs in the living room are still with cookie crumbles. We ranked it 5/5 and definitely will recommend to friends at the first sight but 3/5 after two nights and won’t recommend to friends who travel a lot.」

「Nice and clean. Location is good and it is just next to a shopping mall. Washing machine is a bonus.」

「總是很快速又親切的回覆我的問題及需求，房間很大很舒適，早餐好吃，離火車站近」

「Absolutely charming location and I love the confirmation of the room. Very easy to get to with the U-bahn as well.」

「Poor service from reception. Asked for wine opener, and waited for 30 minutes, called again, reception asked me to go down reception to pick up by myself, after went down, she told me they only have ONE opener in whole hotel, and asked me to go up again to bring the wine down. So ridiculous: 1st > big hotel with only ONE opener. 2nd > staff let me waited 30 mins, then asked me come down, but then asked me go up again to bring the wine instead… Never experienced such chaotic service.」

「We have booked the class apartment room type. The room felt spacious and suitable for a family of four. Complimentary coffee and water were available in the lobby; parking was €17 per day, which was very reasonable.」

「整体来说一般般，不管是设施还是早餐来说一般般」

「房间整洁，交通便利。」

「早餐還好 一開始說房間打掃須提出，客房不會每天打掃 結果某天回房間發現被打掃過了，感覺不太尊重」

「The hotel staff were extremely helpful in all aspects. The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and air conditioned!」

「房沒冷氣，雪櫃不凍； 酒店無電梯，幸好得到G/F房間； 酒店近地鐵，如果行去市中心要30分鐘； 有3個泊車位，可留匙代泊」
