"Raccoon Retreat was the perfect place to host our yearly Memorial Day weekend trip. The house is located close to the marina for launching our boat and the bar and grill was within walking distance. The house came stocked with anything you'd need for comfort. We had a party of 12 and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Will definitely be back!"

"We came to Tennessee so my husband could go hunting and me and the children could relax and hang out. This cabin was perfect, we could walk to the lake, the kids loved being outside and playing, it was well kept and updated. I would highly recommend them and stay there again."

"Pros: The property was very nice and as described. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and move around freely. We spent a lot of time playing pool and cornhole. The heated concrete floors were a nice touch. The rooms were large as were the bathrooms. The decor was cool and made for great conversation. The kitchen was amazing with plenty of storage space. Con: The showers are RV showers and were a little tight if you are older or have a little size to you. This...

"We enjoyed everything about the cabin. It had all we needed to cook and grill, and with campfire logs onsite, we enjoyed our time with the outdoor bonfire. The lake and newly opened Marina restaurant were also fun. I will come back again."

"My family had so much fun staying at the cabin. We enjoyed a very nice Easter weekend. Perfect yard for an Easter Egg hunt for the little ones! Spent the days on the lake fishing and nights by the camp fire. The home had everything we needed. Cathy was very responsive and check in was very easy. Quiet area with plenty of woods, even the dogs really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back!"

"Stayed for TMMR. Only about 15 minutes to Loretta Lynn’s ranch. House was clean and plenty of supplies. Host was amazing. Easy to get in contact with and gave recommendations for the area."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The lake house gave us an immediate relaxed and cozy feeling. The lake was also beautiful and fun to Kayak. Fish weren't very hungry though. lol The neighbors were also friendly and I liked the simplicity of booking process."

"Property bed situation not accurate. There are 2 queen beds up stairs. No full size bed. Efficiency kitchen has everything you need. Stairs are difficult for older adults and anyone with mobility issues...like a bad knee. Great gas grills. Comfortable living room sofas. Beds upstairs are comfortable and soft. We were never given a key or any way to lock the doors when leaving the cabin. Or even lock up at night. I would stay again."
