「Tthe most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed! Everything was top quality and everything was provided for us. The weather was awful during our stay, but we didn’t mind, because we loved being back in the house! We will definitely stay there again and have recommended it to our friends!!!」

「very private, huge gardens, lovely welcome basket. very comfortable beds with fresh bed linens and towels, plenty of hot water and of course the hot tub!only thing we could say is the walls/kitchen windows and banister were a bit grubby, they really need a good clean . excellent location to access local attractions and a fab pub a couple of miles away serving gorgeous food.star gazing was beautifulX we could see the milky way」

「Cottage was in a great place just a couple of hundred yards from town centre. Car parking was very good which was a few yards from cottage but always hot a space okay. Cottage itself was clean and tidy, very comfortable bed. Had everything you needed. The only thing was garden getting a little overgrown but a nice little garden on the whole. Yes very enjoyable.」

「We loved staying here for our weekend near Builth Wells. The hot tub was wonderful, the shower was blissful and everything was well appointed and comfortable. 」

「The house and cottage was perfect for our family reunion of 12 and 2 little ones. Bathroom and shower/tub in every room! Kitchen and Dining area and seating for 18 inside and out was perfect. Amazing kitchen with plenty of dishes and all possibly needed to cook large meals. Three sitting rooms with fireplace and wood provided Games, books, puzzles, game room, outside badminton and soccer. Best VRBO! Views amazing!」

「A lovely cottage in a beautiful setting. We decided to stay out of Hay and this was ideal for us. You have to be prepared for a challenging drive into Hay on very windy single track lanes but it was worth it. Cottage is well equipped and extremely comfortable, which we appreciated and the garden is beautiful. Would highly recommend it. Hosts are onsite and available but not at all intrusive. We would go back - had a great week」
