    OK but needs improvement

    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The owners have done some work recently to bring this old unit up to is a small two bedroom unit.The hot water service is very small and last about 5 to 8 min max. So dont expect anything other than very short showers. The rear neighbour is often working in his shed immediately to the rear of the unit. He has a sensor light on the shed that activates regularly at night and beams straight into the second bedroom. The neighbour also has a dog that barks a lot. The parking on the property is tight and limited.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great time very relaxing but able to find plenty to do in Evans or surrounding areas
