We spent time on back patio enjoying the atmosphere with outdoor string lighting and seating for 4. Then we moved to the cozy firepit surrounded by rock to end the evening. Driveway has room for atleast 4-5 cars so parking is not an issue like most places. Unless the person in front needs to leave first. (We did not have that issue)The provided binder had clear……

“This location is great for a show at Allstate Arena! We got to walk to and from the venue which was lovely. Sleeps a large number of folks comfortably! Stocked kitchen and two bathrooms was really nice. Thank you!”

“Good location, nice amenities. But the floors were filthy (if you walked on them barefoot, your feed would be covered in filth. I stepped on a sliver of glass that I had to pull out of my foot, which caused issues walking around until I could get it out). The owner also lied that we left a burn mark in the head board of one of the beds (we were on a family trip, do not smoke, vape, and did not even have a lighter with us). Tried to shake us down for extra money, even though we told them we did……

“The house is beautiful with plenty of space, the park is right across the street, was able to host a birthday party with lots to keep the kids entertained and have space to eat and mingle, the rooms were comfortable and surprisingly large for how small the house looks from the outside. The host responded promptly and was accommodating. Would book and recommend to others!”

“Pros: Quiet neighborhood, felt safe going in and out of the house. Upstairs bathroom shower was amazing. Cons: warmer in living room, stained pillows, couches and floors felt like dust mites all over( simple fix) All in all it was a good stay.”
