“This is a convenient small apartment. However, it should be made clear that it is under the flight path to Logan airport. There were planes flying over till around 23:30, and they started again around 05:30. They were pretty loud.”

“The location was decent. It is very closed to Maverick Station T stop, and is only one stop from the airport and one stop from Downtown Boston. The property was very clean and very reasonably priced. I do think the photos make it look a bit nicer than it actually is. It is a bit challenging to get your luggage up the small, winding staircases, and the finishes feel more like a college apartment. We spent very little time there, it gave our family the space we needed, and overall our needs……

“Easy to move-in, location is good for traveler. The shower room not that clean, some hair from previous guests, just clean it can be manage by guest.”

“We had a pleasant day in this unit. We liked the coffee choices (makers and ingredients). Very well equipped kitchen with thoughtfully chosen items -- good stuff and not just a collection of yard sale junk. Great linens, comfortable bed. Owner was easy to reach and communicated effectively, and remedied the few minor issues that came up during our stay. Walkable neighborhood with a few good local food choices. Basement laundry was a bit off-putting and the stairway down was tricky at best.……

“The property was beautifully maintained and very up to date. This was the perfect place to stay! There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room. We were only here for two nights, but when we come back will definitely look to rebook here! Mariana was wonderful with communicating clearly with me every step of the way, too! 10/10!”

“Clean and spacious private entrance mother-in-law suite in a nice and quiet neighborhood. About a 25-40 minute ride, depending on traffic, into Boston.”

“The place was great, and the host was even better! Very good communication and great customer service. I would highly recommend!”

“El lugar es bastante amplio, cerca de la estación de metro para poder trasladarse por toda la ciudad. La hospitalidad y el lugar se encontraba muy limpio. Un lugar bastante cómodo e ideal para descansar.”

“Just like the picture showed, very clean and up to date look. Loved the mini apartment, perfect for us. In a very busy area, the North End. We loved it, so many spots to eat and centrally located. Felt very safe. Our host got back to us quickly when needed. Easy instructions when we arrived. I would highly recommend”

“Great location! Had a great time!”

“Amazing place! Super convenient. Clean & easy check-in. Some noise from train. Earplugs work well.”
