Alex provided a well stocked coffee/tea/hot chocolate service as well as snacks and water. We took advantage of the nearby park for morning walks prior to our daily adventures. 「Very nice accomodations. Loved the kitchen. Bathroom very nice. Enjoyed the decor, building, and neighborhood.Parking was a bit challenging due to construction at a property down the street. This is obviously a temporary situation. Walking distance to City Park, National Jewish Health (my reason for visit), Sprouts market ( my favorite groc).Enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others!Sushi Bay (across the street) was very good.」

「Comfy, cozy apartment, with all the little touches accounted for, and some additional bits of luxury. It’s in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness.
