L appartement est tres bien placé au centre ville d Evian .Cependant en rez de chaussée on y subit une odeur d égoût tres nauséabonde .L appartement est propre dans l ensemble mais loin d etre parfait : vitres sales , congélateur tres sale et linge de lit douteux . La deuxième chambre est encombrée ainsi que les placards des chambres. Les sanitaires etaient tres propres. Le garage est tres etroit mais a le merite d exister
