We purchased this waterfront property in 2017 and transformed it from a site with seven abandoned mobile homes into the peaceful retreat it is today. After restoring the neighboring home, we developed five RV sites and are excited to share this one-of-a-kind location with others.

Each site offers full hookups, including water, sewer, and power, and sits just steps from the bay with access to miles of beach for walking and exploring. Hike about a mile north to Bottle Beach State Park or a mile south to Elk River. Enjoy unobstructed views of Westport, passing freight ships, incredible sunsets, and a quiet, uncrowded beach.

Whether you're visiting to surf, fish for tuna, or simply relax, this is the perfect base camp. Westport is only 7 miles away, Westport Winery is 5 miles away, and nearby boat launches at Elk River (2 miles) and Johns River (6 miles) provide easy water access.
