「I paid a visit to Dubai in March 2022 mainly for the World Expo. Since the Expo site was not near the city centre, the room rate of this hotel was already the most affordable bargain for tourists traveling on budget. It took 15 minutes to the nearest UAE Exchange Metro Station and another 30 minutes to the Expo site, but there was no shelter along the way to the metro station and the road was rough because it was a construction site. 「The apartment management were quite responsive and changed my room after I reported the dog chewed furniture and stained carpets. But these should have been removed before new guests. 2nd apartment had some cockroaches. Wouldn’t recommend. The staff were friendly but doesn’t change basics.」
