Very pleasant 1 mile walk to town with several decent restaurants and small stores; owner will rent a golf cart. Absentee owner but quick to respond to phone requests (rather than Vrbo message). Everything was perfect - the location is within walking distance to the town so you don't need a car, it's in the most beautiful location where you can watch the sunrise every day, and the house is decorated so beautifully by Nancy.
