「Room was perfect 」

「Hotel really nice and staff helpful. Had a major water leak from the shower jn the bathroom. Reported it to reception in the morning and returned from a day out in the evening to find it hadn't been sorted. Staff helped and then upgraded our room. A bit of a pain packing again but upgraded room well worth the hassle. Lovely pool and spa area. 3 bars and restaurants though each night we could only find one open. Excellent for brands hatch.」

「The rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was good and staff were very helpful.」

「This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes.」

「The place was not open when I tried to get in all doors were locked, the receptionist didn't have my booking details. There was a set of building steps at the door that I needed access to get into my room. The room stank of paint and the pictures in the advertisement was not the same as the room that I was given. The phone number that was advertised on the entrance did not exist. The place was a horrible tip thats why I lefr after an hour.」

「The staff and the food were excellent and without fault. The rooms are similar to other Best Western hotels I've stayed in, in so much as they are a little dated, however the venue was quiet and I had a good nights sleep.」
