「This property was charming and looked like the description. There were only 2 of us but I could see how it would work for a maximum of 4 people. The kitchen opens up to the living room and is fully stocked. The outside property is spacious and the fire pit was an added bonus. It's right outside of Hamilton, NY which is a cute town and host to Colgate University. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling through Upstate. It has a relaxing vibe and is a comfortable place to chill.」

「Stayed here for Syracuse U. parents' weekend. Location was perfect, about 12 minutes from campus. House was lovely. Well-appointed with everything you would need, communication from owner was A+. Highly-recommend. 」

「We stayed as an extended family. Half the family was from the area. The owner was super nice and helped us get in a little bit earlier as we had been stuck in airports for 36 hours prior. The youngest enjoyed the fishing and the extra toys that were available. This spot on the lake is one of the best for fishing and for the kids to swimThe dryer did break down and the owners had a new one out the next morning on a holiday weekend. You can't ask for more. Will defiantly stay here again. 」

「The location was in a quiet spot and within walking distance to several restaurants (Dunkin Donuts, Hobo’s 281 Bar & Grill, a pizza place, and two ice cream shops. The Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex is only a short distance away for those who have baseball players and for those looking for some fun, try Shipwreck Golf (has both indoor and outdoor mini golf) which was fun for all ages. 「Although the owners were very responsive, we were disappointed in this property. The kitchen was very poorly stocked, there were not enough towels and the bed linens and pillows were old and flimsy. We contacted the owner and he arrived within 20 min with new towels and a few pillows. The bathrooms and the refrigerator could have been cleaner. 」

「You couldn't ask for a better location if you like having tons of food and adult beverages right out your front door since you are right downtown. Beautiful modern yet vintage feel, comfortable king bed and nice hot shower. We did not prepare any food during our 4 day stay but there was plenty of appliances and dishes if we wanted to do that. Only a mini fridge but again with all the eating options downtown really no reason to stay in. Cannot do laundry but we did find a laundry mat if needed...

「The hosts for this property are so kind and attentive! We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything! The home is beautiful and very clean. So welcoming and beautifully decorated for the Memorial Day and 4th of July holidays. 「A little bit hard to find the entrance that's behind the barn. The whole place was clean. Had a setup that was sufficient to cook or stay for a long time. I was only there for 2 days but the kitchen had an oven and other appliances. Brightly lit during the day from the windows and just a nice little stay.」

「We stayed for a few nights over the holidays. The space is a renovated antique barn with absolutely beautiful and rustic interior decoration. The bed was so comfy, we cooked a few meals in the apt as well, and enjoyed a lovely morning walk around the pond into the neighboring field/park they’ve cleared. Host was extremely responsive and easy to contact. We had a very lovely time!」
