- A home with high-end finishes located in the historic centre of Fabriano, 300 metres from Piazza del Comune. The area is very quiet both day and night, away from busy traffic. Spread over 3 levels, it features 1 bedroom (with TV), an open-concept living/office area with a single sofa bed, 2 bathrooms—one with a shower on the second floor (where the bedroom is located) and one with a bathtub on the ground floor. Radiator heating on all three floors, with a thermostat on each floor. Spacious, fully equipped kitchen (espresso machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, microwave, oven, fireplace). Spacious living room with a 65-inch Smart TV, office area with a desk and a sofa bed. Free Wi-Fi throughout the house. Laundry area with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. <br><br>Bar, pastry shop, restaurants, rotisserie, pizzeria, pharmacy, tobacco shop, and hospital/emergency room—all within 100 metres. Supermarket 600 metres away. Free parking, paid parking, or street parking with a parking disc. Electric car charging station 150 metres away. No pets allowed.

David was a wonderful host even picking us up at the train station! His apartment was well-maintained, and very well decorated! He went above, and beyond as a host, would recommend this place to anyone.
