"Comfy, well decorated room, great bathroom and excellent breakfast. We were on the top floor and the air conditioning wasn't working, so it was a bit hot to sleep and too noisy with the windows open"

"We had a fabulous stay The cottage is absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful garden to enjoy the views, incl the swing chair and hot tub. Very well equipped and cosy place to stay. Eloise and Mark are fabulous hosts, called and gave lots of extra information for us to enjoy our trip. Fairbourne is so beautiful too, lovely beach where we got a glimpse of a porpoise one morning and a dolphin the next day which was amazing. Little steam train was cute to see and we had lovely food from the chippy after a picturesque walk across to Barmouth and back. We would definitely love to come back again "

"The barn is beautiful and has been a pleasure to stay at. The layout works well, from the large open living space upstairs to the two bedrooms downstairs. There is plenty of storage space although for the second bedroom, this is in the hall area. We knew the area well as we had been on several previous occasions, staying in a property on the beach front. However, the ownership changed a few years ago and we have been looking for a suitable alternative and we have certainly found it. Communication with the owner was good and we were grateful for all the little details: washing up liquid, a pint of milk, dishwashing tablets and a local cake. I am sure that we will be back!"

"The Tyr Castle is a lovely old building with lots of character.Trudy is very welcoming ,and nothing was to much trouble. Food was great , cooked to Order ,piping hot on hot plates. Victor the barman and waiter was efficient and friendly.Views are spectacular , we were lucky to have a small balcony which we could sit out on. Only downside was a very small shower cubicle,but given age of property understandable. Easy parking in front of building. We had a very relaxing weeks holiday ."

"The Fanny Talbot apartment no.3 is an excellent holiday stay. I would thoroughly recommend it. But if I was to be really really critical I would say that a full length mirror would be a added benefit especially for the shorter people and a wall shelf in the bathroom would definitely help. Otherwise this property is fully equipped with everything you could need."

"We enjoyed our stay in a double room overlooking the bay at Barmouth. The room was well appointed, spacious and clean with a large bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and double basins. The hotel is a few minutes walk outside the centre of town which worked well for us albeit the last 100 yards or so between the hotel and main road into town is a bit of a slope but nothing to worry about unless you have mobility issues. We also appreciated being able to park our car in the hotel carpark for the duration of our stay (other people in our group stayed in the town centre and had to park in public carparks). The breakfast was great with a good choice of cereals, fruit, pastries, yogurts while your hot breakfast choice is cooked for you. If we are back in Barmouth in the future we would definitely stay at the Bae Abermaw Hotel again."
