「Because the children were on spring break, we spent a delightful three day vacation here. It's very convenient as various restaurants and shops are within walking distance and there's a beautiful beach right outside the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly. Although the facilities in the room were a bit outdated, it was still clean and hygienic. The kitchen was well equipped with enough utensils for us to cook our own meals. Right next to it is “ The hangout “ (101 E Beach Blvd )」

「Perfect location for the beach. Pool is small but clean and has benches to relax in at end of day. House is a little dated but fairly clean and kept up well. We had a couple issues with washer but they gave us quick attention. 」

「The property owner was amazing, so gracious, and provided a wonderful vacation home for us last week! The area of Fort Morgan is exactly what I was looking for - quieter beach experience. The home was very comfortable and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!」

「Our stay was great. I only had one bad experience there ,I am disabled and there was a van ,parked in a handicap spot,so I moved to another handicap spot and a lady told me I had to move because she a van and I had a car,but I told by property security that I had to moved and my handicap decals was on display and current so why was I made to move for someone else. I have had 5 back operations and a knee replacement. That’s my only complaint.Thanks 」

「We adored our week here! The home is beautiful and was perfect for our family vacation. The view from the back windows is picture worthy. Our kids loved how close we were to the beach, and they could play in the sand while we drank our morning coffee from the balcony. The home was very clean, and every detail is so thoughtful! The kitchen is well stocked, and the furniture is comfort. The owners are so kind and easy to communicate with! We will definitely book here again! 」

「This place was amazing. Beautiful home tons of space for everyone. The coolest upstairs I have ever seen in BNB. Full stocked kitchen. Wonderful balcony. Comfy beds. Excellent host that answered and responded quickly. Great location to fish behind the house or a short walk across the street for a beach day. 10/10 great experience. 」

「Spacious condo close to the pool and bayside pier . Easy walk to Beach access . Clean and well maintained . We had a small hole we found when we arrived , Notified them quickly to let them know . Communication is quick and easy. Fans in closets . Lots of sleeping arrangement options . Was a great stay for a large bunch with lots of kids ! 」

The condo was very comfortable and cozy and was equipped with all the things needed during our stay. Having assigned parking was a great feature & much appreciated.
