Fairlie-Poplar Historic District Bar Hotel

"We stayed here for one night to see at concert and had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The room was clean and felt cozy. We had great service at the front desk and had an easy time checking in and out. Our only issue was the parking situation. We opted out of the valet parking and chose to use the free parking lot across the street. Unfortunately we were scammed by a fake attendant and received a parking ticket. "

"This is a great hotel located close to Centennial Park with easy access by streetcar to Martin Luther King National Park. It is surrounded by scores of restaurants. We had a two-room suite which was very nice plus a breakfast buffet. Note that parking is $40/day."

"The room was great it was clean and smelled fresh! The night person was very friendly and welcoming! The lady working the morning I was scheduled to come in was rude and very short with me! There was an issue with my credit card and tried to explain that to her and she kept trying to talk over me and clearly wasn’t listening!"

"Very dissatisfied. The room was very hot. When the air was turned on it blew out heat. Went to front desk and was told there would be no air conditioning until the following day and that I should just open my window. "
