The living room is the perfect spot to get together with a group of friends or family. Sit around the wood-burning fireplace as you take in all the antiques placed on display. Take in the views from the 20' floor-to-ceiling windows helping you enjoy the outdoors even while you are indoors.

DINING ROOM
The dining room has room for the whole family to enjoy their meals together while taking in the views of the mountains in the background.

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

Primary Bedroom (Upstairs)
Features a luxurious queen-sized bed with premium linens for the perfect night's rest, and a large dresser so you can completely unpack and feel right at home.

Bedroom #2 (Upstairs)
The second bedroom also features a queen-sized bed with a private electric fireplace. The bedroom features an amazing art piece with custom stained glass windows.

Bedroom #3 (Upstairs)
The third bedroom features a single-over-double bunk bed. We even keep an extra mattress for the floor for those who don't like to sleep on the top bunk. All the beds feature premium hotel linens.

BATHROOMS
Each bathroom is stocked with essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer) to help lighten the load for you when packing.

KITCHEN
This kitchen is fully stocked with essentials to complete the home-away-from-home experience.

BACKYARD/OUTDOOR SPACE
The outdoor space features a full wrap-around deck with something for everyone from a full conversation piece at the chaise lounge on the front of the deck to a BBQ and personal hot tub on the back of the deck. Step off the deck to enjoy space to explore the woods. Sit and enjoy the personal fire pit surrounded by custom-made log benches or have a friendly game of horseshoes in the backyard. Take a 5-minute walk down to the community tennis/basketball courts. What's not to love about adventure around every corner?

DUTCH CREEK AMENITIES
During your stay, you'll have access to the community's tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, frisbee/disc golf course, horseshoe pitch & a beach volleyball court.

LAUNDRY
There is a washer and dryer available for your use in the unit. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.

PARKING
You'll have access to ample driveway space for up to 4 vehicles.

CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

CHECK-IN/OUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

Located just off Highway 93/95 in the Dutch Creek community, this home offers a peaceful mountain getaway with easy access to Fairmont's highlights.

At Mountain Getaway, you'll be close to...

Fairmont Hot Springs (7km): In just over 10 minutes, find yourself at Fairmont's famous natural hot springs. Here, you can experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This excursion is something you have to include in your vacation itinerary.

The Whiteway (32 km): A 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. Granted the world record as the longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Kinsmen Beach and Windermere Beach. Bring your skates, or rent them from Inside Edge.
Golfing: Riverside and Mountainside Golf Club is only a 4-minute drive from us. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, the Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

Fairmont Ski Resort (13 km): A family-friendly ski hill that the whole family can enjoy. Equipment rentals are available on-site.

Panorama Mountain Resort (50 km): A world-class destination with incredible skiing and snowboarding. Other highlights include heliskiing, skating, shops, bars for apres-ski, and so much more. The Greywolf Golf Course is a world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada. This course is in Panorama and perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains.


To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 7 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Sorry, no pets of any kind are allowed on this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.

8. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.
