“This space is designed to immerse you in the beauty of the coastal waters. The two upstairs bedrooms are the only traditional "enclosed" rooms featuring a view of the sea, AC and their own toilet/sink. There is a shared semi-enclosed bath tub, toilet and shower in addition on the ground floor. Otherwise, the kitchen area is essentially outside and open. Very nice for our purposes, but may not be for everyone. Easy access to the water for kayaking and swimming. The water is quite calm and shallow……

“As we pulled into the parking lot for the house, the front looked more modest than we expected. Be patient, because everything else was wonderful and met or exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was spacious, well stocked and in great condition. The bedrooms were roomy, clean and comfortable. The common areas are well taken care of and have great seating for large groups. The outdoor areas were also spacious and in great condition. Finally, the owner is amazingly responsive and helpful. It was……

“Property is in a sketchy area. This is not a home. It is a 2 level deck with two bedrooms on the upper level. The kitchen and living room are outside. The only place to escape the heat is in the small bedrooms that only have a bed and two nightstands attached to the wall of which one was falling off. The AC was set at 60 but the bedrooms were still warm because they are not insulated. We only stayed on the property for about an hour. It was very hot and there was nowhere to be cool except the……

“We stayed in 2/2026. The negatives that need some major attention: Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. Appliances rusted. Master shower doesn’t drain (fills up when you first turn on the shower & doesn’t drain for an hour). Guest shower door doesn’t close. Corners of rooms dirty/grimy. Hair on the bed sheets. Furniture in bedroom is dirty/stained, loose & about to fall apart. Bed slides all over the floor. Soap……

“Me encantó solo que la cafetera estaba dañada y tuvimos que comprar un colador en el supermercado de abajo de todo lo demás súper excelente ,limpieza ,el apartamento tenía todo muy completo …solo un poco confundido al hacer el check out pero nada deposite la llave en el candado espero q haya sido así porque escribo y no recibí respuesta”
