"We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. "We stayed here as a family of 4 while visiting the north Norfolk coast for the weekend. We found the accommodation very good and perfect for our needs. Room was very clean and cleverly laid out. Air conditioning was a bonus as it was very warm during our stay. Breakfast was very good too. And parking wasn't badly priced at £5 per night. Would definitely stay again. We only stayed one night, but all the staff we encountered were very pleasant."

"All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean on first impressions but did notice the end of headboard behind the bedside table was stained/mucky and the radiator had something on it. Bedroom carpet stained. Bathroom was clean and tidy. The mattress was very comfortable, seemed larger than a king sized bed, was expecting double bed, so a win win!. The full cooked English Breakfast was ok. Was great that you could order eggs to be cooked fresh, however you wanted them. Perfect poached eggs. Nice relaxing start to the day. Evening meals were very good and the restaurant staff friendly and efficient. Would stay again."
