“Excellent house and location, great host communication.”

“This house had a great location. It was a 7 mniute walk to the beach and it is in a quiet neighborhood. We had our three girls join us and two of their spouses. We also had our son, wife and their son join us for dinners as they lived in town. Be aware that while four of the bedrooms have queen/king size beds, one of the bedrooms is accessed through the master bedroom and master bathroom. Our single daughter did not feel comfortable staying in that room so she chose to sleep in the room……

“This place is gorgeous! Super clean, photos accurate. Slept 6 adults and 1 child VERY comfortably. Beautiful view. I'm sad I couldn't stay longer it was that nice.”

“What a great place. The home has 3 solid primary suites. Two more rooms with multiple beds. We had 9 and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is well appointed w most everything you need. You're very close(driving) to anything you need. Gated entry for safety and security. Spa was awesome but it was set to 85 so we had to wait overnight for it to heat up. The host is super great to work with and communicates well. Very quiet neighborhood. ”

“Our crew of 11 had a fabulous time in Temecula and this was the perfect place for our big group to stay! There was plenty of room in the kitchen and dining areas for all of us to enjoy meals and games without feeling crammed. We appreciated the number of beds and bedrooms and really could have even slept a few more people comfortably if we needed to. The pool and hot tub area was spacious and clean, plus the views are STUNNING! The only tiny issue we had was the solar outdoor lighting was not……

It was the perfect location with the grocery store across the street and being within walking distance to a lot of cute shops and restaurants.We would definitely book this place again. “Property was as advertised. Clean and comfortable with an Awesome view of the ocean. Great location with easy access to the beach. Highly recommend this unit for 2 couples or a small family.”

“The property is as pictured! Lots of space both in and out. Suite in garage added bonus for family members that need their own space. The house needs a good deep clean and some things need repair but it did not deter from our enjoyment of time with family! Outdoor space and views are amazing and location is perfect for anything you want to do in Temecula. Lumta was always available to answer any questions we had about the area and the house. I would recommend.”
