「Very clean property and although pet friendly, the dog hair was minimal. Comments regarding low ceilings are accurate but not a big deal even at my 6'3" height. Very quiet to the point I took advantage of the white noise maker in the bedroom. Great interior and shower. This owner cares about the stay of their customers!」

「Great host and clean apt in a perfect location! In historic downtown Martinsburg, where we walked to dinner and a show, then a great low cost breakfast at Boyd’s in the morning. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with supplies, and couch was comfy. Would recommend again!」

「Park your car and walk to all the wonderful sites that town has to offer. My fiancé loved watching the trains come and go, and they did not wake us through the night. The outlets in the living room didn't work, but that wasn't a big enough deal to remove a star. The rocking chairs on the porch were so comfortable, and it was great to have a free reserved parking spot since it costs 20 and is difficult to get a public spot later in the day to tour. Within two blocks, you have several options...

「We were lucky to find this perfectly located place! Very clean, well-stocked with coffee in the nice kitchen, good bed. If it had reading lamps by the bed and the sofa, and more hooks/rods in the bathroom for towels, it would have been perfection. I would stay there again.」

「This guy is special we broke down 13 miles from his property we called him and asked about a garage we could have our car towed to.He said I’ll come and get you and bring a buddy who was a mechanic!We got it to our rental his friend fixed it in the driveway and we had our car back the next day!Also his rental is awesome he thinks of everything」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. It was right in town and close to all sorts of local attractions. Our stay was comfortable and we found everything we needed. The host was very communicative and easily reachable.」

「This was supposed to have been an anniversary stay. It was not cozy, clean or anything I expected. While the manager was easy to contact. He refused to see the problems with the property. He acknowledged knowing some of the issued and said they could have had maintenance take care of them had I elected to stay. I felt as if that should have been addressed before my stay. I tried to get a partial refund. They refused. We stayed no nights!! When I advised I was going to leave a negative review....
